2020 Year Tracking Calendar

This template is a calendar/matrix for tracking habits, feelings or events during the year. Just write a statement that you want to track on the top, and everyday draw a circle that matches your agreement with this statement. 

For example: Disagree (0 circles), Very little (1 inner circle), So so (2 inner circles), Mostly agree (3 circles), Yes (4 circles), Absolutely (5 circles). After some time, you will be able to see tendencies and patterns.
